The location is excellent. Quiet neighborhood, full of restaurant options, safe. Clear guidelines and quick responses throughout the check in/check out process. New beds and linen in order. Packed towels. Clean.
The living room deserves more attention (few furniture and a very stained sofa, leaving a dirty appearance). Shower temperature adjustment is not intuitive at all. I also suggest making another fan available, so that both rooms have this feature. On hot days the apartment gets very hot.
